Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Song details — the recipient's first name, your relationship, the occasion and the message you write. These are used solely to generate your song.
• Your email — to deliver your song and, if you create an account, to sign you in.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to see how people move through the site (for example, which step of the song builder they stop at). This uses cookies and may be combined with Google Advertising to measure the performance of our ads.
• Error reports — if something breaks in your browser, we log the error message, the page it happened on, and your browser type so we can fix it. No personal details are included.

2. How we use it

To generate your songs (song details are sent to our AI music provider for generation), deliver them by email, process payments, and keep the service running. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your stories to train models.

3. Sharing

Service providers only: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), and our AI music generation provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We never share the message you write or the recipient's name with advertising partners.

4. Gift pages

When you share a gift page, anyone with that link can play the song and read the lyrics. Share the link only with people you want to hear it.

5. Retention and deletion

Songs and account data are kept while your account exists. Email support@songifted.com to delete your data — we'll confirm within 30 days.

6. Cookies and your choices

We use essential cookies (sign-in session and security) and analytics and advertising cookies from Google, which we use to measure how our ads perform. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Opting out. You can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, turn off ad personalisation in your Google Ad Settings, or block cookies in your browser — the site works fine either way. If you are a California resident and want us to stop sharing your information for cross-context behavioural advertising, email support@songifted.com and we will action it.

7. Changes and contact
